operated trust company chartered in the state of Delaware, has offices in Wilmington,
Delaware, and Phoenix, Arizona . Our clients include banks, investment and brokerage
firms, third-party administrators, financial planners, attorneys, CPAs, registered
investment advisors and family offices throughout the United States.
We are part of the Wilmington Trust corporate family, which has been in the wealth
management business for 105 years, serving as trustee and advisor for prominent
individuals, families, and foundations. Founded in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1903
by T. Coleman du Pont, one of the great industrialists and entrepreneurs in our
nation's history, the Wilmington Trust corporate family currently serves wealth
advisory clients in all 50 states and 36 countries.
We provide directed trustee, trust administration and back-office services for our
clients’ clients: retirement plans, companies, foundations, organizations and financial
institutions. We work exclusively with TPAs, consultants, and professional advisors,
assisting them in helping their clients achieve their financial goals by using the
full range of trust strategies available under Delaware law.

Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company purchases UBS Fiduciary
Trust Company, a subsidiary of UBS AG and an affiliate of UBS Financial Services
Inc. Under the name Wilmington Trust Fiduciary Services Company we will continue
to provide retirement solutions for all types of retirement plans offered exclusively
through UBS Financial Services Inc.
Wilmington Trust Corporation (NYSE: WL) acquires AST Capital Trust Company of Delaware.
The retirement services group of AST Capital Trust Company assumes the name Wilmington
Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company. The personal trust group of
AST Capital Trust Company assumes the name The Advisory Trust Company of Delaware.

The operations of AST Trust Company and The Capital Trust Company of Delaware are
consolidated, resulting in “AST Capital Trust Company of Delaware”, a Delaware State
chartered trust company. AST Capital Trust Company maintains operations in Phoenix,
Arizona and Wilmington, Delaware.

The stockholders of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company purchase The Capital
Trust Company of Delaware; a Delaware State chartered trust company.

American Stock Transfer & Trust Company begins offering retirement and personal
trust services through a division known as “AST Trust Company”, headquartered in
Phoenix, Arizona.

The Delaware Office of the State Bank Commissioner approves the exercise of trust
powers by The Capital Trust Company of Delaware.
