Gregory W. Tschider, J.D.
PresidentMr. Tschider is president of Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company.
Greg was instrumental in Wilmington Trust’s acquisition of AST Capital Trust Company, where he served as president. Under his leadership AST grew both organically and by acquisition into one of the leading independent trust companies in the country with approximately $30 billion in assets under administration at the time of acquisition.
Prior to joining the company, Greg served as general counsel and a member of the interim management team that successfully cleared regulatory issues and sold the operating assets of Security Trust Company. As an attorney at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP, in Seattle and at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, in San Francisco, Greg’s client list included large financial institutions that he counseled in a variety of matters.
Greg holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in actuarial sciences and risk management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Charlie Russella
Senior Vice President and Sales Manager
Mr. Russella serves as Senior Vice President and Sales Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities for Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company’s comprehensive trusts solutions which include retirement services, collective fund services and institutional account services.
Charlie brings a wealth of experience of in the trust business. Most recently he provided strategic leadership to a retirement benefit and investment consulting firm. Prior to this position, Charlie served for 14 years with US Bank trust division responsible for the successful distribution and servicing of a $54 million trust business.
Charlie has a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation as well as an MBA University of Detroit, Detroit, Michigan, and a Bachelors of Science from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

Tim Baldwin
Chief Information OfficerMr. Baldwin is responsible for all aspects of Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company’s technology, including systems and security management and software development.
Prior to joining the company, Tim served as CEO of Visible Retail, Inc. (a division of Visible Assets, Inc.), a fabless semiconductor company developing telemetry solutions and online hosted services for the global retail and retail supply markets.His experience spans over a decade of strategic information technology consulting, executive management and leadership of multi-million dollar product development initiatives for Fortune 500 companies across several industries including retail, hospitality, transportation, and finance.Tim holds patents in software, telemetry, and networking technologies and has a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering and Physics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Stefanie Armijo
Vice President, Client ServicesAs Vice President, Client Services, Ms. Holloway-Armijo and her staff maintain the day-to-day relationships with Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company’s clients. Stefanie manages the productivity and efficiency of the 21-member client services team.
Stefanie works closely with third-party administrators and advisors to ensure a seamless delivery retirement services. She is integral to the advancement of our retirement administration technology.
Prior to joining the company in 1999, Stefanie held various positions at Universal Pensions.

Whitney P. Ames
General CounselMs. Ames is responsible for overseeing the legal operations of the company, including formulating corporate legal policy and supervising outside counsel and directing corporate activities pertaining to client agreements, regulatory issues, communications, and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company, Whitney practiced at Gray, Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP, where she counseled numerous public and private companies in various industries in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and securities law.
Whitney holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco, where she graduated cum laude, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
She is a member of the California and Washington State Bars.
